In order to enhance the core competitiveness and improve the high-quality development of the company, Foshan Sheungyin Harvest Aluminum Co., Ltd.(Syahrvest Aluminum) invited the world's top 500 companies Schneider Electric experts went to Syharvest Aluminum to carry out a four-day training Lean Produciton first step counseling activity on 6th Jan, 2023.
Syharvest Aluminum managers and staffs participated in this training. Schneider experts study our current situation of in aluminum industry through previous interviews and investigations, then started the SIM and VSM training.
After the their guidance and details discussion, the SIM mechanism of our company was preliminarily confirmed. The on-site management communication mechanism of the factory was standardized. VSM brought a completely different understanding of our traditional management ideas from the value flow of lean thinking. Everyone of our company participated in the drawing of VSM flow chart actively. After on-site observation and verification, we draw out the VSM flow chart under the leadership of the experts.
The experts brought us a brand-new thinking mode during the four days of theoretical study and practical exercises. The staffs are full of confidence that Syharvst Aluminum will achieve better operating benefits under the guidance of lean idea in the future.
