The pre-treatment before the external treatment is mainly to clean the stain on the surface of the aluminum profile, and form a layer of chrome film on the surface to make the preliminary work for the powder spray:
Process: basket→degreasing→water washing→alkaline etching→water washing→surface adjustment→water washing→Chroming→water washing→hot(pure) washing→dripping dry→drying→sending spray shelves
Degreasing tank: It is mainly used to clean the surface of the aluminum profile to prevent the adsorption of the electrostatic powder. The tank body is made of soft PVC, the main component of the bath is sulfuric acid, and the temperature is normal. The size of the tank is depends on the length of the largest profile and the yield.
Alkaline etching: It uses the principle of the electrostatic adsorption, which makes the powder coating putting to the opposite charge to adhere the surface of the aluminum profiles. There are thermal spraying and cold spraying.
Wash tank: Clean chemical residues from the previous process tank. The tank body is made of soft PVC, the main component of the bath is general tap water. While the hot washing is with pure water.
